Shara Holliday

Shara Holliday is a Director of Strategic Sourcing and Operations in the Microsoft Procurement organization. In this role, Shara leads a team responsible for sourcing, negotiating and operationalizing over $5B in indirect spend across Engineering services, 3rd party software and cloud services, hardware and telecommunications categories. In addition, she serves as a change champion leading and delivering people, process and technology solutions to complex organizational opportunities. Past and future opportunities include simplifying policies, rationalizing the global indirect supply base and digitally transforming how devices get into the hands of Microsoft employees. In addition to Microsoft, she has held Procurement roles at both Starbucks and Boeing.
