Richard Kobayashi

Richard Kobayashi is a Senior Procurement Manager in the Tech Sourcing team at Salesforce where he is responsible for software sourcing activities.  Prior to Salesforce, Richard spent over 10 years at SAP managing their global software sourcing portfolio in addition to other technology categories (security, data center, client equipment etc).
With nearly 20 years in procurement, he also has experience with research equipment sourcing as well as backgrounds in alcohol beverage and glass industries.  Richard has proven experience leading global teams, developing and delivering sourcing strategies, savings, and business partnering.
