Sourcing Director, Procurement Barclays

Matt is the Head of Banking Operations Sourcing at Barclays, responsible for circa 1.5bn GBP of annual spend globally.  Matt has 20 years’ experience in financial services and procurement. This includes international experience from working or managing teams in the US, UK, Singapore, Germany, Spain, Portugal, and India.  Matt was part of the Barclays sourcing management team responsible for the build-out of Singapore as the global sourcing centre for Barclays.  Prior to Barclays, Matt held sourcing and finance roles at Wells Fargo / Wachovia, JPMorgan Chase, and Bank of America / MBNA.  Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Wake Forest University and a MBA from the University of Delaware.
