Matt Peacey

Matt Peacey is a Sr. Category Manager in the Corporate Indirect department at Tyson Foods.  Matt's experience spans various roles and industries.  For the last 17 years Matt has specialized in building and developing procurement departments; coaching and mentoring staff; and managing external stakeholders using various project management and behavioral change management methodologies.   He is an expert in negotiations, vendor management and contract compliance and has saved millions of dollars for fortune 500 companies such as Walgreens, W.W. Grainger and Tyson Foods.

In his current role, Matt manages the IT procurement for Tyson Foods.

Matt has a B.A in Organizational Leadership and an M.S. in Management and Organization Behavior from Benedictine University.  He also has a certificate in Training and Development.
