Keri Tate Peña is a seasoned procurement leader with over 10 years of experience negotiating some of the most complex IT contracts in the industry. As Associate Director of IT Procurement at Eli Lilly, she has successfully negotiated more than $1 billion in IT contracts with enterprise software giants including Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce, and ServiceNow. Keri holds a Bachelor's degree from Indiana University and an MBA from Anderson University and has deepened her negotiation expertise through a Mastery in Negotiation certificate from Harvard University and a Leadership and Management certificate from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. A recognized voice in the procurement community, Keri was named a ProcureCon Rising Star in 2023.
