Havekost is the Sr. Director of Global Procurement for CenturyLink and leads procurement
teams for CenturyLink’s IT, Strategic Government, Professional Services and Video
& Content organizations. Joe developed his focus on “relationship first”
procurement through experience at Qwest Communications, Cricket Wireless, Level
3 Communications and now, CenturyLink.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in engineering from the University of Colorado.
