With more than 20 years of experience leading procurement and operational transformations, Amanda began her career as a practitioner, driving large-scale sourcing and source-to-pay transformations at MGM Resorts International and Kraft Heinz. Through that work, she identified a critical gap: organizations were investing heavily in technology but struggling to achieve meaningful adoption because they weren't prioritizing the human side of change.

She founded Wonder Services in 2019 to close that gap. Today, the firm partners with Fortune 500 companies and high-growth organizations to implement AI across procurement and finance functions using proprietary frameworks designed to accelerate adoption and deliver measurable impact.
