Terry Mattison is the Associate Director of Global IT Procurement at Kimberly-Clark Corporation. Under her leadership Terry's global team is instrumental in delivering value creation improvement across multiple business units within Kimberly-Clark. The multiple IT towers within her spend management are Telecommunication, Enterprise Software, Infrastructure, Professional Services, Security, Outsourcing, and Marketing Technologies. Terry has also acted as a core leader in a vendor challenge to propose digital innovation at Kimberly-Clark's.
Prior to her current role Terry has held several strategic leadership positions including Senior Consultant Facilities and Business Procurement Outsourcing, Strategic Sourcing Manager for IT, and the Center of Excellence Manager for Negotiations. While acting in a leadership role Terry has led multiple complex negotiations for Kimberly-Clark and other Fortune 500 companies as well as coached sourcing managers to further the profession of world class procurement. All roles focused on innovative development and deployment of spend management initiatives and process improvements.
Terry holds a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration from the School of Advanced Studies at the University of Phoenix. Her primary published discipline of study focused on the art of building trust in a virtual environment using e-collaboration tools as the mode of communication. She has also guest lectured for the local chapters of ISM extrapolating segments of her research into practical application for virtual negotiations. Terry recently received the Excellence award at Kimberly-Clark for her Leadership and is in the process of writing a book focused on "Enthusiastic about Practical Application."
Terry currently resides in Oshkosh Wisconsin and enjoys skiing, biking, hiking, camping, and continuous learning.

Vijay Iyer has over 27 years in providing professional consulting services to clients in operational improvement, business and IT strategy development, and technology integration. Vijay was the CEO of Cignex, the largest pure play open source consulting company. Prior to Cignex, Vijay spent over 14 years at HCL Technologies where he played a key role in the creation of a few industry verticals, as well as the enterprise application services and the enterprise transformation services lines of business at HCL. He was also responsible for delivering large, strategic, and integrated multi-service engagements. Prior to HCL, Vijay was the CIO of a large manufacturing and distribution organization heading business and IT strategy. He was also instrumental in re-engineering the business processes of the organization and improving productivity. Vijay has a master's degree in Automation, and executive education from Harvard Business School.
Jon Winsett founded NPI in 2003 to help enterprise IT Sourcing teams eliminate overspending on technology and telecom purchases through price benchmark analysis, software license optimization, and vendor-specific negotiation intel. Prior to NPI, Jon was VP of North American sales and UK Country Manager at Seagull Software, a publicly-traded technology company. He shares his perspective on IT spend management as a contributor to major news outlets such as CNN, Fox and CNBC. Outside of NPI, Jon is an avid helicopter pilot and an active participant in Atlanta's philanthropic community. Jon holds a BS in Industrial Management from Georgia Institute of Technology.
